UserVue and Morae are separate programs, but work great together to help you analyze user behavior in labs and remotely – giving you a complete user experience solution.

UserVue to Morae Manager

UserVue lets you save your testing session as a Morae Recording (.rdg) file. This means that within Morae Manager, you can:

  • Find and analyze various aspects of your UserVue session - such as mouse clicks, keyboard entries, video of the participant’s screen, phone audio, and more.
  • Combine the UserVue recordings with other Morae or UserVue sessions to create a single project.
  • Search for and view specific events that occurred in the UserVue session.
  • Search for markers and read associated text notes.
  • Review the chat conversations synchronized with screen video.
  • Calculate standard metrics.
  • Quickly create highlight videos for easy sharing.
