Accounting Intern

TechSmith is looking for an Accounting Intern to assist our Accounting Specialist, Accounting Clerk and Vice President of Finance and Administration. We are looking for someone that can work in a fast paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. At TechSmith, our goal is to help our interns prepare for a successful future in their prospective careers.

• Assist with the preparation and mailing of invoices for transactions on open account.
• Help insure that open account orders are entered accurately into corporate database and rectify when needed.
• Post cash receipts into accounting system.
• Assist in daily credit card batch process.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Provide backup for our Accounting Clerk as needed.
• Assist in day to day administration tasks as needed.
